REFLECTION:

This is a group project which involved six people in a group. This project required us to do a full analysis on one of the main charcoal factory from Kuala Sepetang and proposed basic building design for thermal comfort. The content of our analysis included sun path diagrams, wind rose diagram, heat flow diagrams, materiality and a bioclimatic chart. Besides that, we were also have to proposed a few passive ventilation methods for the charcoal factory in order to achieve thermal comfort. Moreover, our analysis also include some precedent studies as references for our basic building design of the charcoal factory. All these information of our analysis would be presented on two A3 panels. In conclusion, I had learned how to work with my team members as a team in completing the project. Furthermore, I had also learned about time management by completing the project within the given time frame.
